I cannot reach Classmates.com.
I have tried using MSN and Juno. I have tried IE6 and Netscape.
I have gone through all the normal processes I could think of.
When I thought it was MSN's fault they walked me through
several steps which accomplished nothing. This has been going on for 6 months.

I reloaded service pack 6. What else could I check to solve the problem?

Have you got them blocked (cookies) via a firewall, adblocker, etc.?
You *may* have to reduce your Security level.

What report or condition do you get when you try to access the site? Any
(warning) symbols shown on the Staus Bar etc.? Seems to work from the UK

check your HOSTS file in C:\Windows (not HOSTS.SAM); if you can't see it
then go to (in WindowsExplorer where you are now)
Tools/FolderOptions/View and check "view hidden files"

see if there's a listing in there for classmates.com, if there is delete
that line.
