When I do an Outlook backup, I first go to File/Import
Export/Export to personal folder file (.pst). Then Select
the Folder to Export From, I click Personal Folders and
then Include sub folders. Then I click Next and
click "Replace Duplicates with Items Exported". A window
then pops up with this message "The informatio service
contains the location messages are delivered to. If you
want to remove the information service, double click the
mail icon in Windows Control Panel." I go to that
location only to find a new set of Personal Folders
appeared for each time I wanted to import/export. What is
going on? I need to save these messages in case the
computer crashes but how do I do it? It's not letting me
save all the stuff I have in Outlook97.

Why is nobody answering me? Everybody else gets help.

You would probably be better served by posting to a newsgroup supporting
Outlook users such as microsoft.public.outlook or
microsoft.public.outlook.general.

Probably 'cause nobody knows the answer, offhand. Including me.

Don't be an $$$. Of course they exist. They are Microsoft newsgroups that
have been in existence for years.
