Error message

i keep getting this message and when i close it it does
not go away, and eventually the computer freezes "Wtoolsa
has caused an error in KERNELL32.DLL Wtoolsa will now
close" What can i do to rectify the problem

I believe the lavasoft pest-control program takes care of that specific
