I NEED HELP, COMPUTER IS FREEZING

I NEED HELP! WHEN I TRY TO DO ANY TASK IN WORKS, OR WORD, EVERYTHING FREEZES. EVEN WHEN I TRY TO OPEN A DOCUMENT, OR FROM FROM A FLOPPY DISK. I RECENTLY, GOT A MESSAGE, WHEN TRYING TO OPEN A FLOPPY DISK, THE SYSTEM IS DANGEROUSLY LOW IN RESOURCES WHAT DO I DO TO CORRECT THIS? EVERYTHING ELSE, ON THE COMPUTER, SEEMS TO BE WORKING FINE.

Hi,

This usually happens if the default Word template is corrupted.

Just search for the 'normal.dot' file in your hard drive and rename all of
those. The system should work fine.
