7082808388.TMP-Windows ME error

Every time I log in to Windows ME, I get the mysterious
error message: "7082808388.tmp has caused an error in
Windows Explorer". I can still use my desktop if I move it
to the side, but it is a nuisance, as it does not let me
use the End Task option. Someone please help me with
this!!
