Missing file

[Piccolo]

During a thorough scandisk got msg saying The following
file was infected: giving the following
path: "C\Windows\System\x0r\SVSHOST.EXE" and suggested it
be Quarantined. Another msg that it could not be
quarantined and to delete the file; which I did. A
search for x0r gave me:
[20:36:41 05/24/04][]
[]
Another search for " SVSHOST.EXE " gave no result.

The only hint I have is: a friend came over with a
diskette to copy its content,(his printer was kaput).

My question: is this file genuine for Me, if so where can
I replace it? Tks in advance for any help.
