Error messages

Sorry, I didn't know what to put this under.
When trying to download files for a game I get an error
message that says " Could not create DC at W32STI_CalcFront
(): Error 0" Does anyone know what I can do to correct
this? E-mail me at the above address if you do. Thanks.

If it only happens for those particular files, then it's something wrong
at the other end...

It's not an .exe, .scr or .vbs file, is it ?
