It is a web site that provides on-line games.

http://www.wildtangent.com

It is also a source of spyware, and can install software onto your
computer that will track your computer usage habits and "phone home"
with the details such as what web sites you visit and which
application programs you run.

Start with Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs and uninstall it from
there.

Then download, install, update and run AdAware (free) from
www.lavasoft.de Anything flagged by AdAware is generally safe to
remove and you should let AdAware remove it.

Then download, install, update and run Spybot Search and Destroy from
http://www.safer-networking.org/ which will clean up anything that
AdAware missed. Spybot is more agressive than AdAware and can
sometimes flag items that should really not be removed. So run
AdAware first to get rid of the majority of the crud and then use
Spybot as a second check.

Good luck

Search your hard drive for a file named wtcpl.cpl and rename it to
wtcpl.jnk

That should get rid of the Control Panel icon and should not cause any
other problems. After a few days if everything is working okay you
can delete the wtcpl.jnk file.

Good luck
