This software program has been downloaded to my system and
I am not able to uninstall program, because I have not
been able access my internet service since it was program
was downloaded. Charter is my internet service provider.

If you haven't already done so I would strongly recommend that you check out
your system using your preferred anti virus application with a current updated
set of viral signatures and also download yourself a copy of the free Ad-Aware
6.0 from Lavasoft (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) and also the
free SpyBot (http://www.safer-networking.org/) and scan your system for and
remove all unwanted parasites, adware and spyware that might be hiding on your
PC.
