My machine keeps restarting

And yes I run the ME package. Last week my hard drive died.
I replaced it with a 80 gig Seagate. It installed and
loaded without any trouble. Then a day later the restarts
begain. Sometimes it runs for hours then sometimes it
restartes every 5 min. I have a Compaq Presario and only
have the Quick Restore. I had to buy that package last
September as the Quick Start that came with it did not

i'm having the same issues as well. Run windows me and
have a Compaq Presario as well. This has only been
happening for 2 weeks at most. Sometimes it will freeze
up, move extremely slowly, etc. i can't even get into
internet explorer anymore. Random popups when I'm not in
it. Can someone please explain issue, solutions? Thanks

in your case, Bob, I'd check for pests under the floorboards...
