On the desktop, when I right-click and create a new file,
the "New" submenu is not there. Even if I go to an "Open"
dialog box, it still won't show me the "New" submenu. Does
anyone know how I get my submenu back? I have Tweak UI
installed if that's any help and Norton Internet Security
