Missing dll file

When I start my computer, I get a message stating that the
following file is missing: QDCSPI.DLL. Does anyone know
what it is and how I get it back?

QDCSPI.DLL is not part of the Win Me operating system but rather I think part
of Symantec CleanSweep. Either uninstall CleanSweep or use system restore to
roll your system back to the state it was in before this problem began
provided that that was not more than a few days ago.
