error message - SPOOL32 and PRINTRAY

I'm getting an error on startup - SPOOL32 has caused an error in <unknown>.
Then when Windows finishes loading - PRINTRAY.EXE dialog box - PRINTRAY.DLL
not found. This has all occurred since we tried installing an HP
all-in-one. Does a guy need to extract these files from the Windows disk or
what's the best fix?
