tweakUI

How do I get tweak loaded? I got an old EXE file and ran
it OK. It left 4 files in the \TEMP. but there was no EXE
nor COM file. I have no icon, startMenu, nor ControlPanel
entries for PowerToys nor Tweak.

There is not meant to be an EXE file inside.
Put the EXE file in a folder with 8 characters or less in the name,
expand it, then right-click TweakUI.inf and select "Install"
