Missing .dll file

When I start up my PC, the error message I get is:

crms32.dll file is missing.

I can't use the internet, aim, or outlook.

Is the spelling correct?
I couldn't find that file on my Win98SE and I couldn't find that file while
using Google.
Recheck the spelling carefully and then put it in the Search box in Google
or another search engine.
