Hi

I have windows 98 on my PC.Whenever I run Scandisk ,the
computer is unable to scan the disk having Windows and it
restarts scanning once in every five minutes. It gives a
message that some software is writing on c: drive.
I am unable to find out which program is writing on to C:
drive.
Same problem is encountered even while I try to run Norton
Disk Doctor on C: drive.
