when i click on a link or option on a page ( anything,
really) i have to click twice. nothing happens the first
time i click...any thoughts on this? thanks in advance

I have this problem sometimes. Myne seems to be worse if
I am in one program and click on another open program on
the screen. It also happens all the time when I have
selected some text to cut/paste. I have to click to clear
the selection, then click again to activate something. I
think it is a graphics card incompatability. Try cutting
out Window's animation, and cut down on graphics HW
acceleration (advanced Screen Properties).

This one maybe? Rc Start / Explore /folder options / general / advanced / bottom / click twice?
