dll problems

hi ive got a problem with my pc im running win98 and some
how god only knows how ive managed to wipe a dll file off
my pc so not all of it works right sigh .... do any of you
know where i can get a msvcr71.dll file from ive tried one
site but it just wigged out my comp as you can tell not
such a happy bunnie thanks if ne one can help and thanks

Can you please tell us why you want it?
It is not a Win98 file.
If you get any error messages, then please supply them verbatim.
