DISC DE FRAG

[CHAZZ]

i AM UNABLE TO RUN DISC DE FRAG. I CAN START IT OK, BUT
THEN IT JUST SITS THERE TELLING ME IT IS DE FRAGGING BUT
NOTHING HAPPENS, I HAVE LEFT MY P.C. IN THIS STATE FOR
MORE THAN 17 HOURS AND STILL NO CHANGE

My problem has been that the disk utility has "locked up"
and, therefore, I can't run Disk Fragment. I've been told
I need to get a Windows Emergency Boot Disk, but am having
trouble getting one. Maybe this "emergency disk" can
help. If you get one, please pass on how I can get one,
too.
