Now what? I went to Windows Update, got the message
"Software Update Incomplete" clicked on "Microsoft
Knowledge Base (KB) Article Q174360" I followed the
instructions for Windows 98. Now I get the
message "Administrators Only" Now What?

Windows Update Problems:

Troubleshooter: http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/

Newsgroup: microsoft.public.windowsupdate or if you access the newsgroups
with Internet Explorer, scroll down the Community List to Other Newsgroups,
click it and Windows Update, General. Posting to the correct newsgroup will
probably be more beneficial.
