Firewall & Secure websites

Im not sure who to contact! I cant get on secure websites!
Also everytime I try to download a firewall i get
this:Validation failed for, C:\windows\temp\vsutil.dll
Any answers? Kevin

That's a ZoneAlarm file. Are you trying to download ZoneAlarm, or do you
already have it running?

EMpty your temporary caches - use Step 4 on http://aumha.org/a/health.htm
