resource meter or ?

[confused]

Since I used the resource meter, now my comp tells me i'm
running too many tasks, i shut down everything not using,
all the time. also freezing probs,as other person.can't
find my icon to put on desktop, it's in my files, but no
button, or rt click to put on desktop to use 3 in one
printer, scanner, copier.ty

I can't understand what you are asking....please describe your problem clearly,
using complete sentences, and include the exact error messages, if any.
