I have files on a 31/2 disk from windows 95. I have
windows 98. How do I open the files? I need step by step
insturctions.

Hi Rabbit,

Windows 98 natively supports CAB files now. Just double click the file.

Put it in the floppy drive and open it
Win-98 should read it.
