my cd drive will not load the recovery disk, but will load
other cd's
when i put it in, it starts to load, i can hear it, but
then it stops and nothing happens, i use my cd cleaner,
i know my disk is good cause i just used it 2 months ago
and i put it back in its case and into my file cabnit.
any ideas on how to fix this...i'm stumped and need help
