Using Windows 98 SE and Outlook Express 6, can anyone direct me to a Microsoft binaries forum for my system? I searched all the Microsoft Public entries but couldn't find any. Many thanks.

There seems no such group. (Only a couple of MS NGs concern
Win98: and WinXP has its own approach to graphics etc.)
Can you repost your problem more precisely. Is it that your OE
is not configured to display attached graphics?

For binaries, it's best to look on another news server...

MS has perhaps two binary groups but not what you are looking for

What's a "binaries forum"? Are you referring to OE APIs?

Hi,

Sorry, been away from house and computer for a personal emergency and
returned a few days ago. I read your replies and want to thank you all. I
was just curious about all those alt-binaries and wanted to practice
decoding them. I read USENET thoroughly on what alt-binaries are and how to
decode them, but the decoding software isn't included in WIN98SE. Thanks
anyway.
