I need read and edit .php files which contains also non-English
characters(text), both Windows-1251 and Windows-1257.
Currently when I open php or text files in Notepad (or HTMLPad editor) both
languages is not displayed correctly on my PC. Default language is set
English (US). Not sure if this is solvable?
