Microsoft Works 4.5 - will it run on Windows 98

Does anyone know if Microsoft Works 4.5 runs on Windows
98? I am about to upgrade from Windows 95 to 98...

Yes - MS Works 4.5 runs just fine on Windows 98. However, the upgrade to
4.5a is strongly recommended.
