some original windows games don't work

I just installed the Norton Internet Security 2004.
During installation, NI advised that I delete certain
adware files.

Many of my original games no longer work, such as
freecell, golf, wordzap, etc.

Any help? thanks.

First temporarily disable your anti-virus or anti-adware program then proceede to click on the Windows Update Option without having any other programs running seeing as how to you will more than likely need to reboot. At the MicroSoft homepage you will be notified of how many updates you need and which you would like to download. Games is and option if your games no longer appear in your accesories. However only Solitare, Hearts, Minesweeper ect are included...
