I have a problem when closing folders in Windows Explorer.
Invariably, Explorer has the iritating habit of
immediately and spontaneously re-expanding the folder and
sub folder structure that I have just closed. On closing
for the second time the folders usually remain closed.
Any suggestions?

It has been suggested that a bug has been introduced in
Internet Explorer 6. Could this really affect Windows
explorer?

PS. Ron, Thanks for your prompt response

What version of IE are you running, and did the problem first appear after
an IE upgrade?

Just restating your problem isn't very helpful - you need to take advantage
of the advice you have already been given.
