REQUIRED DLL FILE SENSOR 32.DLL NOT FOUND

can anyone help me? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall
WINDOWS 98? I would like to find an easier way. When I
turn on my computer, this message comes up. I can't
defrag or clean out the recycle bin. defrag doesn't work
always 0% after 24 hours. I can move items to the recycle
bin but can not clean out.
I don't want to download all my information on to disketts
and reload 98.2 and then add my files again.

Anyone have another solution?

Do you mean SENSOR32.DLL? It appears that this file is associated with a
Symantec product (System Doctor, but there may be others). Did you recently
uninstall something from Symantec?
