Editing Right Click Pop-Up Menus

Anyone good at editing Right Click Pop-Up Menus? I just added notepad
and wordpad to the popup menu on Windows Explorer. It was easy enough.
Now when I try to add a "select all" button, I am getting nowhere. If
I can send a Ctrl-A then I could make it happen. Nothing I tried
works. Not an easy subject on the web. Many hits and no content.
Anyone with experience have any ideas?
