When using Help. And then going to
troubleshooting;modem,sound,printer and all the others.No
results appear when you dot the type of problem you have.
I fear it has something to do with secuity updates. It
worked fine before. If anyone has experienced this problem
I could sure use some help. My email is
. Please use Troubleshooting/Help as a
subject.

Did you recently install a security update?

If so, get the TS work around fix at:
http://mvps.org/PracticallyNerded/SoftFixes.htm

If not, do a find on your hard drive for: tshoot.inf If it is not found,
open Explorer and on the toolbar click, View, Folder Options and View tab.
Mark the box, Show all files. Do the find again. When found, right click
the file and select install.
