FF can't print more than 1 page to Adobe PDF printer

FF bug?

Using FF to print the following URL ...
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc300143(printer).aspx
to "Adobe PDF" printer results in only 1 page printed.
There should be two or more pages.

Internet Explorer successfully prints to "Adobe PDF" printer.
