fail to run CD applications

Can anyone advise re the following. I think it seems to
be a Windows prob.

"I have had to re-install Viewer 3.0 (Family History GB
1881 census CD set)and the disks now do not run.

When I run the viewer I get:
"Error 1904.module
C:\windows\system\FolioObjects.ocx failed to register
HRESULT - 2147024865

If I click ignore, it comes up with Run-time error '339'-
component folio ????.ocx or one of its dependants not
correctlyregistered.

I am running Win 98SE on a 550mhz processor with 256 meg
of ram
