need a file

I am getting an error message that I have a corrupt file,
(mirka1a.exe). I looked and this is a file in my windows
directory. It is not on my Windows CD, I would like to
know where I can find this file to replace it.

If you spelled the file's name correctly, I find no mention of it on the
internet. When this occurs, the file is normally associated with a virus or
adware program of some sort. What exactly is going on that leads you to
believe the file is corrupt?
