Outlook Express 5.0

I cannot use Outlook Express to send e-mail messages. I
receive notification that my senders address is not
identified. I receive the following message:

Server Error: 553
Error No: 0x800CCC78

I also see a

Verizon has attempted to correct this situation, but they
advise me now, that only microsoft can correct this error
situation.

My e-mail addresses are:



The verizon.net addresses are tied into Outlook Express
and I have not been able to utilize them.

Please advise
