I'm trying to install Norton Internet Security 2004 and
can't seem to get it the installation working. I've been
directed by the Symantec website to download the Windows
Installer Cleanup Utility so that I can get rid of any
previous Symantec registry entries. I've succesfully
downloaded and installed the cleanup utility, but every
time I try to run it, it keeps telling me that is is
missing the MSVBVM60.DLL file.

What can I do to fix this?

Go to google.com, do a search on the file and download it--the file goes in
the Windows/system folder.

Click the link in this article to download Visual Basic 6.0 run-time libraries, and
then install....it will include that file --
VBRun60sp6.exe installs Visual Basic 6.0 SP6 run-time files:
