Format C drive

I have 2 physical drives. The master is partition into 2
drives. If I format my C drive so that I can reinstall
windows 98, will I have problems on the other partitions
where my data is actually located.

No, formatting one partition will not affect any other partition even if it
is on the same physical drive.

Make sure everything you need is backed up and that you have your product
key before proceeding.

If your win98 is a retail upgrade version, you will also need a copy of a
qualifying product(win3.1 or win95) for the installation.
