At startup message is part of the file is missing and at
the end is vsdata 95.vxd using the step by step config
vsdata 95.vxd wont load

VSDATA95.VXD is a Zone Alarm firewall file.
If you are still using Zone Alarm, re-install it:

If you are not using Zone Alarm, you must remove the Registry key that refers to it,
here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\VxD

Back up the Registry:
Click Start>Run, type scanregw /backup and click OK.

Click Start>Run>Regedit, browse to this key by clicking the + signs to expand the
keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\VxD
Expand that key and look for a sub-key named VSDATA95...right-lick the VSDATA95 key
and click Delete.
