-I had to restore Windows, IE6 and OE6.
-I saved Identities assuming I could put it back with all
my folders once the above was done.
-Then the Identities had to be redone and per instructions
from the cable company (and my neglect) we deleted and
recreated the identities and now when I look at identities
there are Numerous entries (11) and I only have 3 email
identities.
-I tried renaming the "identities" and restoring the old
but it would not allow it. I now see Numerous code
numbers and letters and none of them are the same.
-HOW do I restore the original and can some of those
numbers be deleted or will the whole thing blow up in my
face?.....laughing, screaming and tearing my hair out.
I'm at a loss.
-I can follow instructions if you have the information or
can tell me where to find same.
