GPF error when trying to use FREECELL - Help!

When trying to use Freecell I get a general protection
fault error message. Under details if refers to cards.dll
I have replaced the dll with a copy from backup but still
receive the error on startup of Freecell. All other
games work.

Any ideas are appreciated.
