(peer to peer)as we share printer on the network. if yes,

Question 1 - Scanner, No without special software

Question 2 - possibly, depends upon exactly what the programs installation
routine does,
a) no files in other than the "install" folder
b) doesn't care about registry settings

A good test is to copy the folder to another pc and see if it'll run. If it
does all's probably well. If not then you'll have to at least install it on
all the pc's. That said, there's nothing to stop you from installing it to
the same folder on the same hard disk assuming that hard disk is shared by
all the pc's. Note 1 : doing this means you also may have to contend with
how the program saves settings etc. as it might be that every "copy"
overwrites any other "copies" saves. Note 2 : you also will have to
experiment with what happens if two or more copies are running at the same
time, e.g. files may be locked etc. byt the first instance being run.

All that said, why not just try it and see for yourself?

This software allows you to share a scanner across the network.
http://www.remote-scan.com/

Software such as CorelDraw must be installed on each PC with which it will
be used. The installation folder (the folder which the EXE and other files
are copied to) could be on a local drive or on a network drive. Usually, it
is possible to have a single installation folder on a network drive and use
that one installation folder for each installed copy of the software.
However, some software won't work when installed like this - you should
check with the manufacturer.
