Can you find IExplore.exe via Find? It should be at [C:\Program
Files\Internet Explorer\Iexplore.exe ] A sub folder of [ C:\Program
Files\Internet Explorer ] is Setup, containing Setup.exe .

Netscape an IE cookies are two different balls of wax.

Have you WinXP?
Try right-click in the desktop, go to the wallpaper tab (I don't know
his name), find a button at the bottom of the tab (should be
"Personalize desktop"). This button should open a desktop
personalization box. check, in the tab that happens checking "Internet
Explorer".
