Have been in this forum this afternoon, left it and have
just had a message from MS Technical Support with an
attachment full of a virus. So don't post your email
addresses please.

The same warning is contained on the web page you posted from. The message
was not from MS technical support--it was a message generated by a virus

I get about 200 of them per week to my NTL e-mail
address, and I don't know where the heck the idiots that
do this got my address from, because I don't give my real
e-mail address out.

The virus sends the emails and gets your address from address books of
infected machines that do have your email address.
