Viewing photos as a slide show

Hello, my daughter has Windows 98 and is unable to view
her photos on files consecutively as a slide show. Does
Windows 98 have this features as it does in Windows XP??
In Windows XP I can view photos in slide show format
through the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer or through one
of the picture tasks identified in the "My Pictures"
folder. Unfortunately I don't know what features are
available within Windows 98 so am of no help to my
daughter. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
