I lost the word icon for windows 98

I lost the icon for windows '98 on my home computer and I
need to know how to retrieve it. I only have access to
notepad and this is not what I want. Please respond to:

Reinstall Word or Office from your installation media, although
perhaps you should explain what icon you are concerned with.
Can you still open Word by launching Winword.exe?
Can you still open Word files? (*.doc perhaps?)

Windows 98 doesn't have an icon in the first place to
use. If you are referring to Microsoft Word, go to C:\
Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\WINWORD.exe
