need usbaudio.sys file

where can i get a usbaudio.sys file? my friend is using windows 98, he
bought a webcam with a mic in it, and it tells him he need the subaudio.sys
file.

From your friend's Windows 98 CD, or if he has them, the Windows Setup .CAB
files on the harddrive.
