Good morning all:
When i try to open an email attachment on a windows 98
system. It loads the media 9 series to play the
attachment but it never opens. It gives me an error
message # 80040154.
Does anyone have any idea why this continues to occur?
It has happened many times on different emails, so i have
ruled out the individual email attachment has been
corrupted.
