CDRW drawer controler

The cdrw drawer will will only open with the button on the
front of the drive one time when the computer is freshly
booted with the registry empty. Then it will no longer
open or close. This is a software problem. How can I
reactivate that function?

If you're using INCD and placing a CD in the CD tray (drawer) that you're
writing or saving to, that's the problem. If you have INCD installed, right
click its icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the system tray. Select
"eject" to eject this CDRW media.

The Windows registry cannot be empty or windows would not work. Wrong
jargon.
