Hello and HELP:
How wonderful to have this newsgroup option.
I just cannot afford the cost of having the
machine attended by a worker.
Started with sound trouble (NO SOUND). CMEDIA
cannot be found. etc. In the process of downloading
CMEDIA from Microsoft download center BINGO now
I have a wisp of sound at the beginning of desktop
then the blue screen stating Fatal Error has occured
So now I have a major problem. I cannot run the computer.
Using Safe mode Not helping. Will try the boot start up
disk (RESCUE??) But I do need help. Stupid me with a
older unit Pentium S Windows 98 Second Edition
could I have downloaded something toomodern and startled
the Pentium S?
